Four Tickets to Christmas is a dramatic musical, with a cast of four major characters and six supporting characters plus various ensembles and soloists, with the choir becoming part of the story (6 male, 4 female, 1 teen boy, 1 teen girl plus extras). The music is rated moderately difficult by the Publisher and has a performance time of approximately 90 minutes.

The story, set in 1905, focuses on a touring musical family who, when they have no place to go for Christmas, return to their grandparents’ farm in northern Ohio. Includes the selections:
